Manufacturer: MOVERO workshop, Esztergom
Number of built: 1

Short history:
The third version of Szittya gliders was the R-10 Szittya-III. It was developed from Szittya-II with greater span, further lengthening the fuselage, positioning the horizontal stabilizer on a higher platform on top of the fuselage, reducing the gull-angle of the wing and applying a straight line tapering instead of a elliptical trailing edge. The canopy was redesigned to improve the pilot's view. The glider first flew in 1938. To perform simple aerobatic manoeuvres with the glider was permitted.
Only one glider had been built and after a very short life it was destroyed in a hangar fire in 1940.

Structure:  All wooden
   Wing:
The single main-spar wing was covered by plywood in front of the main spar creating a torsion resistant box structure. The other wing surfaces were fabric covered. No air break was fitted.
   Fuselage:
The semi-monocoque, plywood covered fuselage was stiffened by frames and longerons. The landing gear consisted of a long, rubber dumped main and a small steel-plate tail skid. The frame of the closed canopy was of steel tubes and the transparent surface consited of flat celluloid plates. The canopy had windows on both sides.
   Tail unit:
The leading edge of the horizontal stabilizer was plywood covered. The other surfaces of the tail unit were fabric covered.
